Insurance Claims Assistance
We handle your insurance claim from start to finish so you can focus on your family — not paperwork.
We Work With All Major Insurance Carriers
Filing a water damage insurance claim is stressful. That's why we handle it for you. Our claims specialists document every detail, communicate directly with your adjuster, and fight to maximize your coverage.
What's Typically Covered
- Sudden pipe bursts and supply line failures — covered by most homeowner policies
- Appliance failures (washing machine, dishwasher, water heater) — typically covered
- Accidental overflow (toilet, bathtub) — usually covered
- Storm damage (wind-driven rain, ice dams) — typically covered under wind/hail provisions
- Fire department water damage — covered under fire damage provisions
What's Usually NOT Covered
- Flood damage — requires separate NFIP flood insurance policy
- Gradual leaks — slow leaks you knew about but didn't fix
- Sewer backups — requires a separate sewer backup rider
- Maintenance neglect — damage from deferred maintenance
- Mold — some policies exclude mold, others have sub-limits ($5K-$10K)
